At DMV Kiddie Spa, we want to ensure your child’s special day is absolutely perfect! To guarantee availability and allow ample time for preparation, we require all bookings to be made at least two weeks in advance. This policy helps us secure your desired date and ensures that we can provide the exceptional service and attention to detail your event deserves. We recommend booking early, as spots fill up quickly. Thank you for planning ahead—we can’t wait to help make your celebration unforgettable!
Payment
To secure your party date and time at DMV Kiddie Spa, a 50% non-refundable retainer of the total balance is required at the time of booking. This retainer ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for your event and allows us to begin preparing to make your celebration extraordinary. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the event date. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting an unforgettable experience for your child and their guests!
Cancellations
At DMV Kiddie Spa, we understand that plans can change; however, a great deal of preparation goes into planning each kiddie spa party to ensure it is a memorable experience. Retainer: All retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and cover initial planning costs. Cancellations: Parties may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the event date without incurring additional charges. For cancellations made less than two weeks before the event, the full balance may still be due, as staffing, supplies, and resources will have already been allocated for your event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a magical celebration for your little ones!
Punctuality
At DMV Kiddie Spa, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. To ensure your child and their friends have enough time to enjoy all the planned activities, it is essential to arrive on time for your scheduled party. With multiple parties often booked on the same day, our schedule leaves little flexibility to adjust party times or accommodate lost time. Starting promptly ensures we can complete all activities, including karaoke, facials, manicures, pedicures, makeup makeovers, and any included cupcakes or pizza, without feeling rushed. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and settling in before the festivities begin. Guest Limit
At DMV Kiddie Spa, we prioritize creating an intimate and fun atmosphere where every guest feels special. To maintain the cozy and vibrant environment our parties are known for, we kindly ask that the number of attendees, including adults and children, be limited to the agreed-upon guest count in your party package. Due to space constraints, additional guests may not be accommodated. This policy ensures that each child can fully enjoy the activities and that everyone has the best possible experience. Thank you for helping us make your celebration truly memorable by keeping the focus on your party’s honored guests!
Waivers
To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, every guest attending the kiddie spa party must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian before the event begins. The waiver helps us provide the best care and attention to your little ones while participating in activities such as facials, manicures, pedicures, and makeup makeovers. Without a signed waiver, we will not be able to include the child in the activities. Thank you for your cooperation in making the celebration enjoyable and worry-free for all! Waivers will be provided upon booking and must be submitted before the party.
